What is a Mesobooster?

"Mesobooster" comes from mesotherapy — the aesthetic technique of injecting concentrated cocktails of hyaluronic acid, vitamins, and peptides directly into the mid-skin layer. Mesotherapy works because it delivers actives bypassing the skin's surface barrier.

The challenge: most people don't want injections. And topical hyaluron has a fundamental limit — large molecules can't penetrate deep enough to do meaningful structural work.

What Dr. Kadir solved

Dr. Kadir's Mesobooster line uses three things together:

1. Multi-weight hyaluronic acid — low-molecular for deep penetration, high-molecular for surface plumping 2. Penetration enhancers — lipid-soluble carriers that help actives cross the stratum corneum 3. Stable cocktail formulations — vitamins and peptides paired with the hyaluron in the same delivery system

The result is a topical that gets meaningfully closer to the depth and effect of an injection-based mesotherapy session. Not as deep — but enough to show visible plumping and structural improvement when used daily.

How it's used

Mesobooster products are most effective applied to clean, slightly damp skin (the damp surface aids penetration). Layered under richer creams that lock the moisture in. Two formats:

Hyaluron (CHF 95) — the core daily plumping serum. Everyone benefits.

Vitamin C (CHF 95) — the brightening + antioxidant version. Pairs with Hyaluron for full anti-aging coverage.

In the cabin

The Mesobooster Set Box is the cornerstone of the M+P signature facial (see "Professional anti-aging protocols"). The cabin version uses a higher concentration of actives than the retail version, applied during a 10-minute massage step.

When not to use

Avoid on broken or actively inflamed skin (active acne lesions, recent peel within 5 days). The penetration is by design — which means actives reach deeper than you may want during a barrier flare. Use Hemp Essential during recovery, return to Mesobooster once the barrier has stabilized.
